FIRETECH STANDALONE SMOKE ALARM RCS420-KENYA

We cooperated for the standalone smoke alarm RCS420 with FIRETECH since 2013.

The client comes from Kenya and they told us they wanted to find a professional and reliable standalone smoke alarm factory in China. Firstly, we communicated by Email and knew the demands of the client. Then we sent the standalone smoke alarm samples for their testing.  After getting the approval of the samples, they confirmed the bulk order soon. To export the goods to Kenya market, we do the BV inspection before shipment, since it will make the client local custom clearance more easily.

After the successful cooperation of the trial order, the CEO of the FIRETECH came to visit our factory and discuss the details of further order for below points:

1. Battery issue: Change the current 9v battery as the battery GP@ SUPERCELL 1604S 6F22 9V battery

2. Product issue:
1) About the standalone smoke alarm sen sitivity, make it with high sensitivity, that can alarm durning 15-20 seconds when the smoke come into the detector.
2) To extend the aging test time for 24 hours, that’s to say for each detector before packaging and ensure the quality before shipment.
3) About the standalone smoke alarm defect rate:  control the defect rate not more than 1.5%.
3. Payment issue: accept the L/C payment, but the standalone smoke alarm cargo should be shiped by sea. If need to ship by air, you need to do the T/T payment

4. New standalone smoke alarm samples requirement:

1) make the customized words printing in the detector shell 2) use the battery you recommand 3) need the high detect sensitivity 4) try to make the words in the standalone smoke alarm with one direction
